The Collective Resiliency Circles aim to create supportive environments to shift our awareness and interrupt the trajectories of trauma caused by the pandemic.Confidential and facilitated virtual spaces for frontline healthcare workers in New York City to pause, feel supported in community, and share practices to build resilience.
Trauma-informed facilitators will guide our free Circles and provide simple grounding skills that you can continue to practice on your own. We are here to help carry these hardships in service to our personal and collective resiliency.
